The Thing My Previous Company Brought to Me

  I’ve worked for the company, which was my second company, for only one year before coming to N.Y. Though the term was literally short, those days taught me a lot of things.

  First, the vision is shared among leaders. Second, there are trusting relationships between leaders including the president and all employers. The last is whether every worker is looking in the same direction and future.

  There, I could have a passion for working harder and more interestingly. This was the great place for me to realize where my passions are.
